It is our policy to neither promote the sale of, or offer to sell the assets involved in an appraisal report, when specifically requested by a client and only after the appraisal report is paid in full. We will enter into a separate sales agreement.

We are not responsible for any errors or omissions in regards to mechanical or physical condition, existing warranties hours or year of the equipment, listed below, as stated by the Consignor or Owner.
